Nearly a century old, the historic State Theater is being renovated to become a mixed use arts facility for the community of Johnstown.
"The State" is being renovated to to its former glory: opulent 1926-style with classrooms, luxury Airbnbs, a restaurant, jazz club, offices, and recording studios.
